JACK HARTMAN
JACK is the Senior Pastor of the church. Jack came to High Street Church after serving five years as a District Superintendent in the North Indiana Conference. Jack's major responsibilities include preaching, visioning, and supervising staff.

DAVID NEUEN
DAVID is an Associate Pastor of the church. David joins the High Street Church community after four years of ministry in Warsaw, IN. David's passions include preaching, teaching, writing, and outreach. David oversees the welcoming of new members and their connection into the life of the church.

CHARLOTTE OVERMYER
CHARLOTTE is an Associate Pastor of the church. Charlotte received her call into ministry as a lay person in the High Street Church congregation. Charlotte's major responsibility is ministry with older adults.

MARTI TROYER
MARTI is the Minister of Christian Education, a Permanent Ordained Deacon. She moved to the area from Indianapolis and has been in ministry for over 30 years. Marti's major responbilities include Christian Education and faith formation for Children and Adults.

Music Staff
DR. ANDREW CROW
ANDREW is the Director of Music, leading the adult choir and coordinating the overall musical worship of the church. Andrew moved to Muncie for a teaching position at Ball State and has served congregations in Minneapolis, Philadelphia, and Cleveland.

LANA is the church organist. She plays for the 8:45 am service and accompanies the sanctuary choir.

LORI GIBSON
LORI is the Network Systems Administrator. Lori does all the desktop publishing for the church and keeps our network and each staff member's computer functioning...sometimes not an easy task.

BARB BALLARD
BARB is the Business Administrator and is responsible for all the financial records, both income and expense, of High Street Church as well as the High Street Foundation and High Street Preschool

CASEY HEADLAND
Casey is the Office Manager and keeps the flow of efficient work at a high level. Casey also provides secretarial services to the Associate Pastors as well as coordinates the many volunteers that assist in the church office.

SHARYN ABBOTT
SHARYN is the Director of Student Ministries. She has been serving in youth ministry for five years. She is currently working on her Master of Divinity degree at Anderson University. She is passionate about youth ministry and helping youth grow in their faith and serving others.

ARLINE MORROW
ARLINE is the Nursery Supervisor and is responsible for hiring, training, and scheduling our Nursery Attendants, as well as overseeing all the activities that our Nursery Department offers for children. It is her goal to provide a safe, friendly, and nurturing environment for the children in our nursery.
