PROMISELAND
Promiseland is an exciting Sunday School time for Kindergarteners through 5th grade. A Bible story or lesson is presented in a fun way, such as storytelling, drama, choral reading, acting with narration, and video. The kids are then divided up into age groups to respond with a challenge or game to practice the Bible truth they have learned. Songs are sung, prayers are prayed, and children learn who God is, how to live God’s way, and how to make right choices in following God. All children of this age are welcomed. Tween Time Kids Night Out Play Day
TWEEN TIME
Is your 9-12 year old constantly complaining that there's nothing to do? They're too old to play with toys and too young to go out with their friends. There isn't anything that's just right for them!
High Street UMC is proud to present Tween Time, a time for your Tweeners to spend time with other people their age, doing things they enjoy - and of which you approve.
Tween Time works just like Kids' Night Out, and it's at the same convenient time and place. The nursery staff will host your children at the church from 6-9 p.m. But instead of spending the evening in the nursery, some of the staff will take the Tweeners to the Youth Lounge in Parish Hall.
The staff will supervise the Tweeners in games, fun, movies, and more - all of which are age-appropriate-which means that they won't feel too old for what they're doing, and you won't feel that they're too young!
While your little ones play at Kids' Night Out, your slightly older children can come to Tween Time. The cost is the same as Kids' Night Out: $8 for one child, $10 for two or three, and $12 for a family with four or more children. If you have children going to Kids' Night Out and Tween Time, the cost is still as shown above.

CHILDREN'S CHURCH
Children's Church is held on Sunday mornings during the 8:30 and 11:00 a.m. worship services. This event provides a time for children four years old through third grade to gather in their own worship area and participate in an age appropriate time especially for them. Each Sunday's theme is designed around the theme of the regular worship services, so the kids are talking about the same things or the same kinds of things as the adults in worship. The first Sunday of the month is led by a Pastor, so the children get a little face time with one of the Ministers. The second Sunday of the month is usually a drama in which the kids participate. The third Sunday of each month is planned around music. The fourth Sunday employs a story book, video or some other media to teach the subject. When there is a fifth Sunday, we use teaching games to get the message to the little ones.
PLAY DAY
Play Day is held each Monday and Friday morning from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 Noon. Children, infants through six years of age, have the opportunity to enjoy crafts, snacks, games, and time with friends while parents run errands, exercise, or just enjoy some quiet time. Cost is $8 for one child, $10 for two or three children, and $12 for a family with four or more children. Reservations are required by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Call the church office, 747-8500.
KIDS' NIGHT OUT
Kids' Night Out is a treat for kids and parents alike. Children, ages six weeks through 10 years, enjoy videos, play, and have fun with our child care providers. Kids' Night Out is held on the first and third Friday of each month and the cost is $8 for one child, $10 for two or three children and $12 for a family with four or more children. Reservations are required by the Wednesday before. Call 747-8500.
